🛒 Ingredients
- •100gms Dried Apricots
- •Almond milk / enough just to cover the chopped Apricots
- •40gms oats
- •half a teaspoon cinnamon
- •half a teaspoon honey
👩🍳 Method
- 1Chop the apricots and just cover to the top with the milk
- 2Leave for 30 minutes to soak up the milk and soften
- 3Add the oats, cinnamon and honey
- 4Mix together well leaving a nice textured mixture
- 5Using a spoon, create almost biscuit shapes by giving them a hand hug
- 6Cook on 180 for 8 minutes.
- 7After 8 minutes, stop the airfryer and turn the Apricot hugs while trying not to drool over the beautiful aroma
- 8After another 2 minutes cooking, remove, place on a plate and allow to cool for 10 minutes whilst trying not to eat them!
- 9Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!
