🍌 Banana Shake
Ingredients: • 1 banana • 1 cup of porridge oats • 2 cups of almond milk (or your preference) • Vanilla essence • Protein powder or cottage cheese
Method: 1. Chop the banana into the blender. 2. Add the other ingredients. 3. Blend! 4. Drink!
🥣 Cold Banana Bowl
Ingredients: • 1 banana • 2 cups of porridge oats • 1 cup of your preferred milk • Vanilla essence
Method: 1. Chop the banana into the blender. 2. Add all the other ingredients. 3. Blend! 4. Pour into a nice bowl. 5. Eat slowly with a spoon — no slurping, lol! 6. Stop when you feel full — it will expand more in your stomach.
