- •Monkfish, cut into chunks
- •Cherry tomatoes
- •Fresh rosemary
- •Garlic
- •Skewers
- •Oil (optional)
- •Ciabatta bread (optional)
- •Pancetta or trimmed bacon (optional)
👩🍳 Method
- 1Thread skewers with a chunk of monkfish, then a cherry tomato. Repeat until the skewer is full.
- 2Sprinkle with grated or crushed garlic.
- 3Sprinkle with rosemary, or spear small sprigs into the monkfish chunks.
- 4Place gently into an air fryer at 170°C for 7–10 minutes, or in the oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
- 5When cooked, serve with safe or desired side dishes.
- 6Drizzle with a little vinegar (optional, of course).
- 7Dig in and enjoy!
- 8Eat slowly and stop when full to reduce chances of discomfort.
