Rosemary Monkfish Skewer "Safer" Method

🛒 Ingredients

  • Monkfish, cut into chunks
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Garlic
  • Skewers
  • Oil (optional)
  • Ciabatta bread (optional)
  • Pancetta or trimmed bacon (optional)

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. 1Thread skewers with a chunk of monkfish, then a cherry tomato. Repeat until the skewer is full.
  2. 2Sprinkle with grated or crushed garlic.
  3. 3Sprinkle with rosemary, or spear small sprigs into the monkfish chunks.
  4. 4Place gently into an air fryer at 170°C for 7–10 minutes, or in the oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
  5. 5When cooked, serve with safe or desired side dishes.
  6. 6Drizzle with a little vinegar (optional, of course).
  7. 7Dig in and enjoy!
  8. 8Eat slowly and stop when full to reduce chances of discomfort.

A lovely way to enjoy monkfish without too much fuss. The skewers make portioning easier, and cooking gently in the air fryer or oven keeps things simple and manageable. Perfect with a quiet side dish and eaten slowly.
